A Study to Learn About the Study Medicine Called PF-08046876 in People With Advanced Solid Tumors
Study Summary
본 연구의 목적은 방광, 폐, 두경부, 식도 또는 췌장의 고형암으로 진단된 사람들에서 시험약 PF-08046876의 안전성과 효과를 탐색하는 것입니다. PF-08046876은 '항체약물결합체(ADC)'라고 불리는 연구용 항암 치료제입니다. ADC는 암세포에 부착되어 이를 죽이도록 설계된 항암 약물입니다. 시험약은 정맥을 통한 주사(정맥 내 주입)로 참여자들에게 투여됩니다. 본 연구는 여러 부분으로 구성되어 있습니다. 연구의 첫 번째 부분에서는 시험약의 서로 다른 용량을 받는 다양한 그룹의 사람들이 있을 것입니다. 연구는 또한 다른 투약 일정을 시험할 수 있습니다. 연구의 두 번째 부분에서는 1부에서 안전한 것으로 판단된 투약 요법으로 시험약을 받을 그룹들이 있을 것입니다. 연구의 세 번째 부분에서는 사람들이 시험약을 다른 항암 약물과 함께 받을 것입니다.

The purpose of the study is to explore the safety and effects of the study drug (PF-08046876) in people diagnosed with advanced cancer of the bladder, lung, head and neck, esophagus, or pancreas. PF-08046876 is an investigational anticancer therapy called an 'antibody drug conjugate' or 'ADC'. ADCs are anticancer drugs designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. The study drug will be given to participants through a needle in a vein (intravenous infusion). This study includes multiple parts. In the first part of the study, there will be different groups of people receiving different doses of the study drug. The study may also test different schedules. In the second part of the study, groups of people will receive the study drug in dosing regimens deemed to be safe in Part 1. In the third part of the study, people will receive the study drug together with other anti-cancer medicines.
