Study Summary
이 개방형 이미징 연구는 GRPR 발현이 알려져 있거나 의심되는 암 환자에서 위장 방출 펩타이드 수용체(GRPR) 표적 방사성의약품인 [⁶⁸Ga]-LY4257529 PET/CT를 평가할 것입니다. 최대 60명의 참가자가 두 그룹으로 등록될 것입니다: 유방암 환자 30명과 전립선암, 난소암, 췌장암, 소세포폐암, 두경부 편평세포암종, 그리고 GRPR 발현이 문서화된 다른 종양을 포함한 기타 선택된 악성종양 환자 30명.

This open-label imaging study will evaluate \[⁶⁸Ga\]-LY4257529 PET/CT, a gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR)-targeted radiopharmaceutical, in patients with cancers known or suspected to express GRPR. Up to 60 participants will be enrolled in two cohorts: 30 patients with breast cancer and 30 patients with other selected malignancies, including prostate, ovarian, pancreatic, small-cell lung, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and other tumors with documented GRPR expression.
