HER2 변이 비소세포폐암 치료에서 표적치료제 경쟁이 2차 치료를 넘어 1차 치료 영역으로 확대되고 있다. 기존에는 1차 치료로 면역항암제와 항암화학요법을 사용한 뒤 질환이 진행되면 HER2 표적치료제를 투여하는 방식이 일반적이었다. 최근 항체약물접합체(ADC)와 경구용 티로신키나제억제제(TKI) 계열 약물이 1차 치료 적응증 확보를 목표로 개발되면서 두 모달리티 간 경쟁 구도가 형성되고 있다.
